I think the most important thing to understand here is the plat structure. I wouldn’t compare two Delray Villas properties based on price alone because the HOA, what’s included and even some of the neighborhood amenities can differ depending on the plat.

The community also offers a nice combination of swimming, fitness, tennis, pickleball, bocce, shuffleboard and social activities without trying to be an enormous resort-style development.

For buyers looking for a 55+ villa in Delray Beach with an established neighborhood feel and convenient West Delray location, Delray Villas is definitely worth exploring. I would simply make sure we’re comparing both the individual home and the association behind it.
