She is extremely knowledgeable about the towns and the available listings, but even more important, she truly listens to her clients and to what they desire in a home purchase.
For most people, the purchase of a new home is a very stressful process. Ms. Talavera was a "sea of calm" and gave us all the time we requested of her. She answered everything that we threw at her, and she found us exactly what we were looking for!

Daisy really did her homework as to what we told her we were looking for. Did not waste our time in seeing things we would not be interested in. Has great knowledge of the area. Actually found exactly what we wanted on first trip down.
Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Daisy. Her skills in all the above areas are quite impressive. She is one wonderful agent.
