Homes in Four Seasons

One of the things that makes Four Seasons interesting is the variety of home sizes within a relatively small community.

Homes range from approximately 1,700 to more than 3,800 square feet, giving buyers options from manageable two-bedroom residences to larger estate-style homes.

Depending on the individual property, homes may feature:

  • Two to four bedrooms
  • Spacious primary suites
  • Open living and dining areas
  • Eat-in kitchens
  • Two- or three-car garages
  • High ceilings
  • Covered or screened patios
  • Lake or garden views
  • Generous entertaining spaces
  • Private swimming pools in select homes

Because Four Seasons was developed over several years by Devco Homes and K. Hovnanian, floor plans, architectural details and home sizes vary throughout the community. Buyers will also find homes at different levels of updating, making it important to compare renovations, major systems and hurricane protection when evaluating individual properties.

Tennis, Pickleball & Outdoor Recreation

Four Seasons offers 6 lighted Har-Tru tennis courts and 2 dedicated lighted pickleball courts, making tennis an especially strong part of the recreational lifestyle here.

Residents also enjoy a heated resort-style swimming pool and spa with private poolside cabanas, along with walking and biking paths throughout the community.

Community Lifestyle

With only 315 homes, Four Seasons offers many of the activities buyers expect from a larger resort-style community while maintaining a more intimate neighborhood atmosphere.

Residents can choose from clubs, fitness classes, cards and games, tennis, pickleball and community events, or simply enjoy the pool, clubhouse and walking paths at their own pace.

Daisy’s Perspective

What stands out to me about Four Seasons is its size. With only 315 single-family homes, it offers many of the amenities buyers look for in a larger 55+ community without feeling overwhelmingly large.

I also really like the variety of homes here. Buyers aren’t limited to smaller retirement-style floor plans. You can find everything from comfortable two-bedroom homes to much larger residences with generous living spaces and 2- or 3-car garages, which makes Four Seasons worth considering even for buyers who aren’t ready to dramatically downsize.

Another detail I love is the brick-paved sidewalks throughout the community. It may sound small, but they give Four Seasons a distinctive, polished look and make the neighborhood especially pleasant for walking.

For buyers who want a spacious single-family home, strong amenities, an established neighborhood and a Delray Beach location, Four Seasons is one I think deserves a closer look.

Location

Four Seasons is located in western Delray Beach, with convenient access to shopping, restaurants, medical facilities and everyday conveniences.

Atlantic Avenue and Florida’s Turnpike are nearby, while Downtown Delray Beach, Boca Raton, the beaches and Palm Beach International Airport are also within easy reach.
