Four Seasons

Four Seasons built between 2005 – 2014 is an upscale, active adult community with 315 single-family homes in Delray Beach. 

Four Seasons known for its amenities and intimate sense of community offers a 10,000 square-foot clubhouse, a 6,000 square-foot state-of-the art fitness center, a resort-style pool and Jacuzzi, private cabanas, championship Har-Tru tennis courts, Pickleball courts, media room, library, a billiards room and bar, and year-round events and social clubs. A full-time activities director is available to coordinate all social activities and clubs.

Four Seasons was formerly known as Tivoli Isles. Home DevCo originally developed Tivoli Isles, later in 2011 K. Hovnanian purchased the project. K. Hovnanian changed it’s name to Four Seasons and built their floor plans. The community was completed to it’s beauty and elegance it is today.
