With only 324 residences, Tivoli Lakes is significantly more intimate than many of Boynton Beach’s large 55+ developments, yet it doesn’t sacrifice the amenities buyers are usually looking for. Residents still have a resort-style pool, fitness center, renovated clubhouse, 6 tennis courts, 2 pickleball courts, 2 bocce courts, and an active social calendar.

The homes themselves are another important distinction. Many buyers moving to a 55+ community want to simplify their lifestyle but aren’t necessarily ready to dramatically downsize their living space. Tivoli Lakes can work particularly well for those buyers because the homes tend to be generously sized.

I also think the six Har-Tru tennis courts for only 324 homes deserve attention for buyers who play regularly. That’s a strong court-to-home ratio compared with many larger active adult communities.
