Cascades

The Cascades built between 1997 – 2000 features 928 single family homes developed by Levitt and Sons and Northstar Homes. The Cascades is located in western Boynton Beach with their main entrance off Jog Road just south of Woolbright Road which has a guard 24/7 and an additional residence gate on Hagen Ranch Road. The Cascades has part of the nearby Westchester Country Club’s golf course running through the community offering spectacular views without any additional costs. The Cascades features a stunning clubhouse which was completely remodeled in 2017. It features a Grand Ballroom, Media Room, Library, Card Rooms, Billiard Room, and Arts and Crafts. Adjacent to the main Clubhouse is their state of the art fitness center complete with cardio and weight training equipment along with a large studio which hosts many types of classes daily from aerobics to zumba with their two full-time fitness instructors. The Cascades has a Resort Style Pool and Hot Tub, Ten Har-Tru Tennis Courts and a Tennis Pro onsite. The Cascades has a Cafe which is opened daily for breakfast and lunch. During season the cafe is also opened for dinners on Wednesday.
