The amenities are another major reason I would consider Venetian Isles. Residents have access to 8 Har-Tru tennis courts, 4 pickleball courts, 3 bocce courts, a resort-style pool, resistance pool, putting green, fitness facilities, and a large clubhouse with an extensive social calendar.

I think the villas are particularly worth considering for buyers who tell me they want something larger and more residential than a condo but don’t necessarily need or want a detached single-family home.

And with 276 villas within the community, buyers generally have more variety to consider than they might find in a much smaller villa neighborhood.
