And downsizing the home doesn’t mean giving up the lifestyle. Villa residents still enjoy the same Cabana Club, café, pools, fitness facilities, tennis, pickleball, bocce and social activities as everyone else in Villaggio Reserve.
I also like that buyers have choices within the community. If the Villa feels a little too small, we can look at the larger Patio Homes with 2-car garages. If a detached residence is more appealing, Villaggio Reserve also offers Single-Family Homes.
