What Buyers Should Know About Boynton Beach
One of the things I explain to buyers about Boynton Beach is just how much the area changes from east to west.
Closer to the coast and Intracoastal, buyers will find established neighborhoods, condominiums and waterfront properties with convenient access to the beach and marina. As you move west, you’ll find more gated communities, larger residential developments, newer neighborhoods and an especially large concentration of 55+ active adult communities.
Boynton Beach also has a wide range of association structures. Depending on the property, buyers may need to consider HOA or condo fees, what those fees include, application requirements, amenities and maintenance responsibilities when comparing one community with another.
For buyers who are not familiar with the area, I usually recommend comparing several neighborhoods before deciding exactly where to focus. The right choice often comes down to the combination of location, home style, community amenities and monthly costs, rather than the house alone.
