One of the things I like most about Canyon Trails is how much the surrounding West Boynton area has grown. Canyon Town Center already puts shopping, dining and everyday conveniences nearby, and the area has recently gained several major community additions, including the Canyon Branch Library, Canyon District Park and West Boynton Middle School.
For buyers who want recreation close to home, Canyon District Park is especially appealing, with athletic fields, walking paths, playgrounds and other outdoor amenities just minutes from the community.
Canyon Trails itself offers a newer GL Homes neighborhood with plenty of recreational amenities. When comparing homes here, I would pay attention to lot location, lake views, private pools, impact protection and the level of updating from one property to another.
