One of Palm Isles’ biggest strengths is the investment that has been made in updating the community’s amenities.

Amenities include:

  • Updated clubhouse
  • Fitness and wellness facilities
  • Indoor swimming pool
  • Outdoor swimming pool
  • 600+ seat theater
  • Creative art studios
  • Card and game areas
  • Club and activity rooms

Daisy’s Perspective

What I like about Palm Isles is that buyers don’t necessarily have to choose between an established community and updated amenities. You get the mature landscaping and established neighborhood feel, but the major clubhouse renovation has brought the recreational and social spaces up to date.

For single-family home buyers, I also like the larger floor plans, private yards and attached 2-car garages. Those features can be especially important for someone moving from a traditional single-family home who wants a 55+ lifestyle without dramatically downsizing.

I think that combination of space, privacy, established surroundings and updated amenities makes Palm Isles especially worth considering.
