What stands out to me about Valencia Grand is that it takes many of the things buyers already love about the established Valencia communities and gives them a much more contemporary interpretation.

The homes are newer, the architecture is more modern, and the amenities have evolved with what today’s 55+ buyers are actually asking for.

The pickleball facilities are a perfect example. Having 7 outdoor courts plus 4 indoor courts is a significant feature, especially for someone who plays regularly. Add 6 lighted tennis courts, 4 lighted bocce courts, resort-style pools, a major fitness center, spa facilities and on-site dining, and there is an enormous amount to do without leaving the community.
