What I like about the Delray Trails Villas is that they offer something we don’t have an abundance of in Delray Beach: brand-new 55+ villa living with a substantial recreational package.
The villas are intentionally smaller, at approximately 1,305 to 1,308 square feet, so I think buyers need to decide what matters more to them. If you’re downsizing and want less home to maintain while still having new construction, impact windows and a 1-car garage, the size may actually be part of the appeal.
The amenities are another major strength. 13 tennis courts, 4 pickleball courts, 2 bocce courts, 10 shuffleboard courts, multiple swimming options and a large clubhouse provide far more recreation than I would normally expect to find paired with villas of this size.
I also like that buyers aren’t limited to the villas. If you like Delray Trails but decide you need more space or prefer a detached residence, you can also consider the single-family homes within the community.
