One of my favorite things about Olympia is the location. Several schools are very close to the community, including Equestrian Trails Elementary, Emerald Cove Middle and Palm Beach Central High School, and the Mall at Wellington Green is just minutes away.
You also have Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, restaurants and shopping nearby, with even more coming to the State Road 7 corridor through the new Village Landing mixed-use development at Stribling Way.
For buyers who want a gated Wellington community with everyday conveniences close by, I think Olympia’s location is one of its biggest advantages.
