You aren’t necessarily paying for an enormous resort-style clubhouse or a mandatory country club membership. Instead, Palm Beach Leisureville gives residents three recreation facilities, three pools, an 18-hole par-3 golf course with golf included, and several exterior maintenance services, all within an established community.

I also think the location deserves more attention than it sometimes gets. Palm Beach Leisureville is much farther east than many of Boynton Beach’s large active adult communities, making it convenient for buyers who want easier access to I-95, the Intracoastal, beaches, restaurants, shopping, and downtown Boynton Beach.

There is also quite a bit of variety here. Buyers can choose between single-family homes and condos, and prices can vary considerably depending on the property type, condition, location, view, and association.
