About Boca Chase
One of the things buyers should understand about Boca Chase is that it is not one small subdivision with identical homes and amenities. It is a larger collection of individual neighborhoods, and the housing styles, association fees, age restrictions and recreational facilities can vary depending on the section.
Boca Chase includes a number of individual neighborhoods, including Barrington, Bentbrook, Coco Pointe, Coral Bay, Coral Chase, Coral Isles, Coral Key, Greenbriar, Hidden Lake, Impressions, Sweetwater and Waterberry, among others.
The community includes lakes, mature landscaping and recreational amenities including six tennis courts and four pickleball courts. Multiple neighborhood pools are also found throughout Boca Chase.
Because of the differences between individual sections, buyers should confirm the specific HOA, amenities and any age restrictions for the property they are considering rather than assuming every Boca Chase home has the same setup.
Daisy’s Perspective
For me, Boca Chase makes the most sense for buyers who specifically want West Boca and would like an established neighborhood rather than one of the newer resort-style communities farther south.
There is a lot more variety here than the name “Boca Chase” initially suggests. You can find different home sizes, neighborhood styles, lake locations and price points, so I would pay particular attention to which section of Boca Chase a home is actually located in.
The community is also pretty far west, which can be a positive or a negative depending on the buyer. You are close to West Boca shopping, restaurants, parks and everyday conveniences, but someone whose priority is downtown Boca, the beach or quick access to East Boca may prefer a community farther east.
For buyers who like West Boca and want an established single-family neighborhood with tennis, pickleball, pools and mature landscaping, Boca Chase offers quite a few options without the mandatory country club costs found in many Boca Raton communities.
