What I like about Cresswind Palm Beach at Westlake is that it gives buyers a different option from the traditional Boynton Beach and Delray Beach 55+ corridor.

The homes are newer, the floor plans are contemporary, and the price point is generally more approachable than in the newer Valencia communities, while the recreational package is strong with 8 pickleball courts, 2 tennis courts, 2 bocce courts, a resort-style pool, resistance pool, spa, fitness facilities, walking trails and a dog park.

I especially like the resistance pool. Buyers sometimes overlook it when they’re scanning a long amenity list, but for someone interested in low-impact exercise and staying active, it can be an amenity they actually use regularly.

The location is something I would discuss carefully with buyers. Westlake feels very different from Delray Beach or Boynton Beach. It’s newer and still developing, so I would want to consider where you shop, where your doctors are, where friends and family live and how much driving you’re comfortable doing.

For buyers who want newer construction, contemporary homes, extensive amenities and a quiet western Palm Beach County location, Cresswind Palm Beach is definitely worth considering.
