About Bella Terra
Bella Terra is divided into two neighborhoods, Salano and Palazzo, and offers mostly single-family homes with only a small number of townhomes.
Because the community was built in the early 2000s, buyers will find differences in renovation level from one home to another. Some properties retain more original finishes, while others have been substantially updated with newer kitchens, baths, flooring, roofs, impact protection or outdoor living improvements.
Resident amenities include a clubhouse, heated swimming pool, children’s pool, fitness center, two tennis courts, one full-size basketball court, playground, children’s playroom and BBQ area.
Daisy’s Perspective
Bella Terra is a community I would consider for buyers who want a gated single-family neighborhood with a solid amenity package but do not need the scale of a much larger master-planned community.
With fewer than 400 residences, it feels more manageable than communities such as Madison Green, while still offering a clubhouse, pool, fitness center, tennis, basketball and children’s recreation.
I also like the location along State Road 7. It provides convenient access to Royal Palm Beach and Wellington shopping, restaurants and everyday services, while Southern Boulevard gives buyers a relatively direct route toward West Palm Beach and the coast.
For buyers looking for a gated Royal Palm Beach community with mostly single-family homes and established amenities, Bella Terra is worth considering.
