I like PortoSol for buyers who want a newer-feeling gated community with a good amount of recreation but do not necessarily want an enormous master-planned development.
With only 499 homes, PortoSol is considerably smaller than Madison Green, yet residents still have a clubhouse, resort-style pool, fitness center, pickleball, tennis, basketball, beach volleyball and children’s amenities.
The location is another plus. PortoSol sits along Okeechobee Boulevard in Royal Palm Beach, making it convenient to shopping, restaurants and everyday services while also providing relatively easy access east toward West Palm Beach or south toward Wellington.
