I think Boca Woods is best suited for a buyer who genuinely wants the country club lifestyle and expects to use the club regularly. Because membership is mandatory, this is not a community I would choose simply because I liked a particular house.

I also think the size of the community is appealing. With only 645 homes, Boca Woods feels more intimate than some of Boca Raton’s much larger country club communities.

The western Boca Raton location is another consideration. It is convenient to West Boca shopping, restaurants and everyday services, but buyers whose priority is being close to downtown Boca or the beach may prefer something farther east.

For the right buyer, particularly someone who loves golf and wants an active private club lifestyle, Boca Woods can be an excellent fit.
